Dr. Subramanyam, the senior Gastroenterologist in the Coastal GI Group, has been in private practice in the Clear Lake area for more than three decades. He graduated from Madras Medical College, and migrated to US in 1976 where he completed his internal medical residency and GI fellowship training. He is proficient proficient in most GI Procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy and ERCP to name a few.
Dr. Adi Malhotra is a board certified Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist. After research fellowship at Yale University, he moved to Texas in 2004. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at UTMB, Galveston. He is proficient in performing procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, PEG tubes, Hemorrhoid banding and ERCP. He provides consultations at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center, Mainland Medical Center, Kindred Hospital, and Cornerstone Hospital.
Our main office is in Webster (Clear Lake), and two other satellite offices located in Texas City, and in Baytown.

NEW! Hemorrhoid Treatment with the CRH O'Regan System
Dr. Adi Malhotra is offering in-office hemorrhoidal banding for bleeding or prolapsing hemorrhoids. The procedure is performed with a CRH O Regan system. Most patients require initialy evaluation with the colonoscopy to rule out polyps, cancer or colitis before hemorrhoidal banding.
