Clear Lake/Webster - available Monday - Thursday. (Please note Wednesdays are the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month)
Texas City - available on 1st and 3rd Wednesdays and the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month.
Baytown - available on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month.
Dr. Subramanyam is available on the following days and times:
Clear Lake/Webster - available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
